To Krystal's family: I would like to express my sorrow over your tragic and senseless loss. I truly will never understand how anyone could hurt a child in such a manner. I found this Native American Prayer on a card and I pray the words will bring you comfort. The prayer goes like this: I give you this one thought to keep -- I am with you still -- I do not sleep. I am a thousand winds that blow, I am the diamond glints on snow, I am the sunlight on ripened grain, I am the gentle autumn rain. When you awaken in the morning's hush, I am the swift, uplifting rush of quiet birds in circled flight. I am the soft stars that shine at night. Do not think of me as gone -- I am with you still -- in each new dawn. Your family is in our thoughts and prayers. I have a nine year old daughter and can not even begin to imagine your pain. There are no words to that could express our sympathy.....please just know you are in our prayers.

To Krystal's family-My heart truly goes out to your family in your time of deep grief and sorrow. My daughter was a friend of Krystal's, and I couldn't help but think that if it weren't for the grace of God, it could have been my tradgedy. You will remain in my prayers, and I pray that you will let God take your grief and pain for you now. I also pray that you will focus on this...that Krystal is now in heaven with the one who created her (she has no memory of what happened) and there is no safer place to be! God Bless you!
